• Reservations
  
  • Our online reservation system allows customers to make a direct reservation at our hotels through the Internet. Anyone can check room availability at the hotels registered in our system. However, it is necessary to sign up online in order to make a reservation.
  • Once you have signed up, you will be able to make a reservation online 24 hours a day.
  • All the information you provide regarding your reservation will be passed on to a suitable hotel for further processing.
  • Our online reservation system is available free of charge.
• Eligibility to Use the Online Reservation System
  
  • Anyone who has a computer-based e-mail address can use this system to make a reservation.
• Registration
  
  • Please enter the necessary information in the form provided on the registration screen and send it. After you receive a confirmation message at the email address you provided, you will be able to make an online reservation.
  • Registration is free and there is no annual membership fee.
  • We will not disclose personal information provided by you without your consent unless we are legally required to do so by the authorities.
• Reservation Contract
  
  • The reservation contract is established between the hotel and the customer.
  • The contract will be completed when you click the button to formally confirm your reservation after you confirm the information entered.
  • We will not disclose personal information provided by you without your consent unless we are legally required to do so by the authorities.
• Payment of Accommodation Charges
  

  Please pay your accommodation charges upon check-in either in cash or with a credit card.

• Changing and Cancellation of Reservations
  
  • Please change your reservation through our system as soon as you are aware of the need to do so.
  • If, for some reason, you are unable to use our online system for cancellation, please contact the hotel directly. In this case a cancellation confirmation email will not be sent to you.
• Cancellation Fee
  

  The charges for cancellation of reservations are as follows.
  Cancellation requests made one day prior to the scheduled arrival date: 20% of the total
  Cancellation requests made on the day of scheduled arrival: 80% of the total
  No-show: 100% of the total

• Liability and Disclaimer
  
  • We shall be liable for any damages, loss or bodily injury we cause in the course of implementing the hotel contract as well as any damages, loss or bodily injury arising from our defaulting in the contract. However, we shall not be liable in cases where such damage, loss or injury is not caused by us.
  • All of our hotels are covered by liability insurance in case unexpected events such as fire break out.
  • If we fail to provide a room, after obtaining your consent we will offer you alternative accommodation at other lodgings that is as close as possible to the type of room you originally requested.
  • If we are unable to do so, we will pay you damages to compensate for our breach of contract unless the cause of room unavailability is not our responsibility.
• For other matters pertaining to use of the facilities, please see the provisions on the rules and regulations notice provided at each hotel.
  
• Please be aware of the following points when making reservations:
  
  • Please refrain from smoking inside the hotel as all our hotels are non-smoking.
  • A fine will be incurred by guests who smoke. Please keep this in mind when making reservations.
  • Please be sure to contact the hotel in the case of late arrival.
  • In cases where the customer fails to notify the hotel of their late arrival, the reservation may be cancelled and the room given to another guest.
  • In cases where the customer fails to arrive or cancels on the scheduled day of arrival, the hotel will without fail contact the customer.
  • Regarding accommodation of children, the maximum number of guests in a room is 2 persons. It is not possible for 2 adults and 1 child to occupy a room.
  • In the case of group reservations, we may contact you for confirmation prior to your stay.
